However, we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

3.1 Processing and Handling

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3.2 Shipping Estimates

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

International Shipping: 10–25 business days

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, local postal delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3.3 Customs, Duties, and Address Accuracy

KitchenFinds is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or fees applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. KitchenFinds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@kitchenfinds.us. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

4. Refund and Return Policy

4.1 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any included accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.2 Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@kitchenfinds.us. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4.3 Damages, Non-Returnable Items, and Refunds

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, improper care, or actions after delivery. Returns are only eligible if the product was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, or if the item otherwise qualifies under our Return Policy.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom goods.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at support@kitchenfinds.us and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a return, refund, or replacement where applicable.
