At KitchenFinds, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the terms below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@kitchenfinds.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Items returned without prior approval
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kitchenfinds.us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
